Aim of MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana
MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana was introduced by the Madhya Pradesh government with the aim of boosting employment prospects for women entrepreneurs in its metropolitan districts. In August 2020, this scheme was started that not only provides employment to women but also masks to individuals at low cost to protect themselves against coronavirus.
Procedure and eligibility of MP jeevan shakti yojana
- Women entrepreneurs from urban areas could make masks.
- The masks will be acquired by the Madhya Pradesh government at a tariff set.
- The masks will be purchased by the state government at Rs 11 per mask.
- All the necessary actions would take place at the district level for the sale of masks.
- This scheme was only for the women of Madhya Pradesh.
Workings of MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana
Women who wish to make masks could get themselves registered by calling on the call centre after which they could get registered. After the process of registration, the women entrepreneurs will get the orders to make cotton masks that could range to a minimum of 200 masks at a time. After the completion of the order, the nodal officer will collect it and will make the payment accordingly.

For registration, visit the official website where a form will appear in which you have to enter all the required details like personal details, and then click on save. As soon as you click on save, your registration process will be completed. After this, you will start getting orders of masks on your mobile phones.
